This accommodation is a hidden gem! The rooms are impressively clean, and I appreciated the daily supply of fresh towels. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the make-your-own waffles. If you're looking for a comfortable stay with friendly service, this place won’t disappoint, despite a few minor hiccups like malfunctioning fire alarms.

The indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing, and the facilities were well organized. We enjoyed using the laundry facilities during our stay.

The hotel was clean and provided a comfortable stay for our family with teens. We enjoyed the warm breakfast options, especially the fresh pastries, and the kids loved the nearby Lake Ripley for fishing and splashing around after breakfast.

However, the layout of the ADA room needs some improvement, especially near the bathroom and closet area. My spouse had an unfortunate incident due to the awkward placement of the shelf that holds hangers, which caused a head injury requiring stitches. The fire alarms malfunctioned on multiple nights, disrupting our sleep, which was quite frustrating. While the laundry facilities were handy, I wished for more comfort with bedding options. At times, the pull-out sofa lacked sufficient bedding, making it less cozy at night. The staff were mostly accommodating, but the design issues can't be overlooked.
